If you have ever traveled and had the airline break your belongings and most travelers have had the discouraging task of trying to pick up the pieces of your luggage, or a set of skis or even a glass vase wrapped safely in a suitcase you can relate to this story.
Many people just phone or write or email an airline but this musician did a video and uploaded it to YouTube. The airline was United Airlines and they lost a huge amount of money as a result of their indifference to this passenger.

The man in question was not about to have his beloved guitar broken into pieces as he watched from the plane window and let them get away with it. Oh no. Not this guy.
