Mammogram Debate and the Cancer Business

Again we have a record breaking failure of modern medicine to agree with itself and further live saving measures to actually prevent and cure breast cancer. Days ago the anger and wry of both sides of the mammogram debate has boiled over that we had to hear from Secretary Sebellius to tell us to calm down.

The recommendations were for women to stop doing breast self exams which is preposterous and to not have a mammogram until their fifty years old and we agree with that recommendation.  In fact a woman should not have a mammogram ever in her lifetime for any reasons.  Mammograms are harmful, inaccurate, deadly and in the dark ages people tortured each other to help the healing process by burning, cutting and now microwaving women’s breast. If it makes you feel better go and radiate your breasts every year thinking that you have done something positive for yourself is backward thinking.

For years it has been a known fact that one single  mammogram gives you radiation which is accumulated in a woman’s body and this is of no concern to women.  It is a fact that a mammogram puts over 40 pounds of pressure on your breast and the possible tumor you have in your breast.   This spreads and breaks up a tumor and that is not a healthy test for breast cancer in fact it is far more damaging than having an ultrasound first.  Five billion dollars a year are spent on these useless damaging machines that damage and spread tumors within the body and this is modern medicine at its best?  Is this the real reason why more women are dying of cancer each year and contracting it by the very detection machines designed to prevent the cancer in the first place?

The protocol if it is done properly and effectively should be:

1) A breast Self Exam Monthly- free, and detects more tumors or lumps than any other method.

2) An ultrasound test-not harmful but can image a tumor effectively.

3) A Thermography-shows hot or cold spots before tumors are grown and take form.

4) A Fine Needle Biopsy-non invasive and confirms cancer cells and what type of cancer.

At this point a woman should determine if she needs a mammogram at all or if she needs to have one.

What Women Fail to Understand about Breast Cancer Detection

The first line of defense for a woman against breast cancer is to be your own doctor and do breast self exams every month.  The test is simple and free and detects tumors or changes in your breast that you should be aware of on a regular basis.

Secondly the mammogram machines cost tens of thousands of dollars and  were sold to and invested in by hospitals and they won’t give them up very easily. The mammograms are not calibrated or maintained properly and their inaccuracy rates are very alarming in giving false positives and more than healthy doses of radiation.

There are many other ways to tackle detection errors without the use of the draconian mammograms.  Medicine has to come out of the dark ages and into the light of day where as detection machinery should also do no harm. It has been often said by thousands of women who state ” if a man had to put his…..into a machine like this -there would be a better way invented than the mammogram machine”.

Thermography Breast Cancer Screening is Safer and Far More Effective

Medicine has not Tested Thermographic Imaging for Breast Cancer Screening

Medicine has not Tested Thermographic Imaging for Breast Cancer Screening

Thermography breast imagine is far less damaging to a tumor because it is not using 40 pounds of pressure and flattening the breast to a pancake.

This thermal image technique uses infrared cameras which detect hot or cold spots and are accomplished without radiation and accurate down to the cellular level where changes in temperature are a clearer indicator of cell changes.

How long do women have to wait for effective detection methods that are harmless to a woman’s body let alone less painful that detect cancer before tumors are formed? What is called for is a complete overhaul of this medical train that has gone off the track promoting ineffective methods of cancer detection and treatments that do not produce results.  We are throwing billions of dollars into the cancer industry will little return on investment and increasing the death rate of women.  Thermographic machines are far less expensive than mammogram machines however the medical-cancer business does not believe they are efficient.

Any health care reform must include detection programs that work as taxpayers can ill afford the current system of ancient machinery that is as brutal to the human body as a meat grinder. Thermography clinics have opened world wide and show positive signs of improving detection not continuing on with a failed system which only profits the cancer business and does little to prevent cancer.

Yes Mike your entirely correct on the Vitamin D -everyone in our office is on D, and C for swine flu prevention. In this article we were concentrating on the alternatives to the mammogram technology itself to provide women with more details on what they are doing to their bodies when they have a mam.
Thanks for your valued input on Vitamin D – if a women were to take it she would reduce her risk of getting breast cancer by over 70 percent.
    Them are good odds.

the other aspect of breast cancer that you never heard mentioned is its relationship to vitamin D deficiency. There are multiple studies linking breast cancer to vitamin D deficiency. At a conference this month Dr Garland, who originally purposed that vitamin D deficiency explained the higher rates of cancer at higher latitudes, called his presentation, “Breast cancer-a vitamin D deficiency disease. there is also data showing women with breast cancer do better when their vitamin D levels are high.

Every woman worried about breast cancer should look at this information

Breast cancer is a concern for most women – a real concern. Mammograms help preventative medicine and the emotional well being of women. It is surprising how much a government task force has stirred up so much problems. This will be interesting
