Koch Bros Wisconsin Complaint

Koch Brothers are under a complaint filed by Wisconsin Democrats, who want to avoid what happened in the 2010 mid-terms including voter cards errors, sending people to the wrong voting station on the wrong date.

The Koch Brothers heavily financed Republican Scott Walker and are backing him again this year, under some scrutiny this time around.

Democrats of Wisconsin have filed a complaint to the IRS against the Koch Brothers Super Pac the organization known as “Americans for Prosperity” which is neither by by-partisan or a non-profit.

What the Americans for Prosperity organization does, is increase the Koch Brothers profits, and through legal “Bribery” are now free to pour millions into republican candidates who will vote for deregulating the energy industry.

In the statements made to the Palm Beach Post, the Koch Brothers are neither hiding the facts that they are funding republican Scott Walker and they are actually bragging about spending more!

Outrageous to be Out bragging that your planning on “fixing” an election by millions of corporate dollars and devise other not so legal means to rig an election.

 Quote from TPM:

“The Wisconsin Democrats are taking aim at one of their biggest opponents in the state’s recall elections. No, not just Republican Gov. Scott Walker — but conservative financier David Koch, and his organization Americans For Prosperity. But whether they will actually succeed in the latest front is another question.

Specifically, the Dems announced on a conference call with reporters Thursday that they were filing a complaint with the state Government Accountability Board, which oversees elections in the state, and also forwarding a copy to the Internal Revenue Service at the federal level. The complaint involves statements that Koch made to a newspaper — and his organization’s official non-profit, non-partisan status.

“We’re helping him, as we should. We’ve gotten pretty good at this over the years,” Koch told the Palm Beach Post in a profile story published this past weekend. “We’ve spent a lot of money in Wisconsin. We’re going to spend more.”

“These organizations are a farce,” said Wisconsin Democratic Party Chairman Mike Tate, referring to AFP’s 501(c)(3) status, as well as that of a state level conservative organization the MacIver Institute.

“This designation allows an organization to accept tax-deductible contributions and further provides that they are not required to disclose their donors, nor are they required to report their spending until after an election has taken place.”

WisDems To File Complaint Against Koch Brothers/AFP Dirty Tricks

” Call on Six Republican Recall Senators to Denounce Tactic

MADISON-The Democratic Party of Wisconsin on Tuesday will file a complaint seeking the immediate end to a Koch Brothers-funded scheme to suppress Democratic votes in upcoming recall elections and called on six recall Republican senators to denounce the tactic.

The corporate front group Americans For Prosperity has in at least two recall districts reportedly been distributing absentee ballots with return instructions that would render the votes ineligible. ” end quote

Scott Walker seems to have also been caught in a prank private call from one David Koch regarding how they planned to fix the election so he would win.  He even accepts an expense paid trip to California in the phone call.

The Koch Brothers will do anything to win, any dirty trick in the book, millions of dollars of campaign ads and propping up a guy who’s only attribute is that he wants to kill union jobs and he will be their yes man.
