Section 0002 of the Baxter Patent: “The vaccination might cause a specific reaction to the vaccine and some minor inflammation but this is generally much less detrimental than an infection of a fully viable virus”.

Minor inflammation? Less detrimental? This is the vaccine theory not fact and unless the side effects were thoroughly tested -this statement is not proven or fact. Science claims to be based on facts and this is an overstatement of the facts and not true.
Section 0004 of the Baxter Patent: This section explains the addition of Formalin (formaldehyde) which is supposed to inactivate the live viruses of which there are three in the N1H1 Vaccine. The concentration of Formaldehyde is given as 37 percent, and refers to cross-linking primary amine groups in surface proteins with other proteins in DNA. This process is supposed to purify the live viruses but does it really work to do this or what effect does the formaldehyde have on the human body.
Notice you do not see any references that this patent was thoroughly tested and allowed to be tested on human beings. Also note that you do not see in the patent that this whole scientific process was proven to work. It does not refer to the human body at all or its effects on the human DNA. It also does not prove that this vaccine process has been tested. Remember this patent was applied for in August 2008 and the Swine outbreak in Mexico started in March 2009.
Section 0029 of the Baxter Patent: ” treating said inactive virus with a detergent”. A detergent such as Tide or some Gain thrown into a human virus vaccine is adding poison to the mix especially into your bloodstream. At this stage you begin to wonder if the first cleaning process did work with the formaldehyde why would they need to clean it again with detergent?

Section 0030 of the Baxter Patent: Refers to the “virus antigen” quote “the virus antigen according to the present invention is a virus or portion of the virus which can induce an immune response in a subject against said antigen”.
What this means in laymen terms is that the virus antigen will produce a response from the human body to fight against the antigen”. What it fails to indicate is what damage it does to the human immune system in the “amount” of response by the recipients immune system and the possibility of damage to that person. It also further states in the patent that ” Absolute success in the sense of completely immunizing the subject (that’s you) is not required.
(This means they don’t have to prove it completely immunizes you against the viruses in the vaccine) that doesn’t seem to be necessary for this patent. Along with absolving themselves from legal liability this vaccine is garbage.
Section 0030 of the Baxter Patent also indicates ” Such a virus antigen can, e.g. be a whole inactivated virus, a split virus, a modified virus, viral proteins, in particular surface proteins.
This indicates they are not confirming the virus is alive at the time of injection into the human body. This is a non statement of the true exposure to 3 active viruses cleaned with a detergent. Why would a patent on a new vaccine have such vague terms of what is contained in their vaccines and why does the US government accept this as healthy?

I am not much on the H1N1 virus but i believe if you want to take a shot and get vaccine then go ahead- it could just be safer to deal with being sick it is pretty much like a flu.
the H1N1 or Swine Flu virus did put our country in disarray for quite sometime, it is good to know that at least it did not cause so many deaths.
