In Anchorage Alaska the policies of Sarah Palin are not as popular as the Carl Rove Republican campaign machine has distorted the truth about this Governor.
As Palin delivered her speech inside the new convention center Palin’s position on Gun control, abortion, Iraq, and issues that affect Alaska such as the protection of wildlife were issues that Anchorage does not agree are acceptable.

On the front of the library several people held up a sign that said “Iraq War is a Fraud. Palin is a puppet” and they waved the Alaska flag.
On Saturday The Abbot Loop Community Church in Anchorage held a conference which have a program of converting gays into heterosexuals through the power of prayer. Protestors held signs that said “Honk if you Like Gay People”.
It is obvious that the right wing Republicans in Alaska are determined to indoctrinate gays into their save havens of bigoted churches including that of Sarah Palin’s faith. In her Wasilla Bible Church the conference “ Love Won Out” sponsored by Focus on the Family.
The policies of George Bush -John McCain and Sarah Palin appeal to conservative women has increased but not mainstream women who are still moms but believe in healthcare, women’s rights, and the end to the war in Iraq.
