Will France Dump Sarkozy for the State of the Economy

Will France Dump Sarkozy for the State of the Economy

France is undergoing another election and this time some volatile changes in management are predicted for Nicolas Sarkozy, the unpopular incumbent President of of France.

Is Sarkozy on the way out?

Tomorrow begins the first round in France’s national election for a President that has Francois Hollande as Sarkozy’s main challenger with eight other challengers fighting for the Presidency.

Hollande, is a socialist candidate who proposes fewer spending cuts which would stall the French economy and higher taxes on the wealthy which is a globally popular theme. With those higher taxes he would fund job creation which is necessary for any government in this long lasting recession.

Since he was elected, Sarkozy made promises of more jobs, more pay, as unemployment has hit a higher rate than the previous twelve years.

A Tight Race for President of France The two candidates are running neck and neck with hardly a percentage point to separate the contenders, with Hollande ahead by only one percent.

Mr. Hollande has urged his supporters not to sit at home, and get out and vote Sarkozy out of office. The rules of elections are strictly upheld in France, with no campaigning during this weekend, the weekend that might see France switch to a more moderate President.

Francois Hollande- Can He Beat Sarkozy and Win The Presidency of France

If Sarkozy loses it will be the first time in thirty years, that a sitting President lost in a re-election campaign. But, these are different times with Sarkozy gathering many enemies and he is considered unpopular by the people for his friendships with corporate heads. This election will be a close call, however if France does not make changes it will end up as a few other countries in bankruptcy that has spread across Europe like wildfire.

Student Protests on High Tuition Draws Police Tear Gas in Montreal

Oh Canada! Student protesting higher tuition fees in Montreal, Quebec drew tear gas from Montreal police and riot security police in yesterday’s clash. Police threw tear gas canisters, billy club batons,  pepper spray and used stun grenades to disrupt student protests at a speech given by the Quebec Premier Jean Charest yesterday in downtown Montreal.

The demonstrators entered the Montreal Convention Center building and meant business when they got to the upper floor of the building and elsewhere during the protest.

Nearby, some protestors smashed windows, threw rocks at police in protest of the Premier’s increase in tuition fees of $1,625.00 in the next five years.

Canada has joined the ranks of European countries, the USA and others when government’s support austerity measures that destroy chances for a better education for the youth of the country.

These protests never happened 5 or 10 years ago, only now when the party in power has used measures that are obstructing the lives of Canadians.  While current government policies give tax breaks to the corporations, it appears to be the same path that is causing riots in Canada with a conservative government that has spread worldwide.

Andrew Breitbart Died of an Achy-Breaky Heart

Andrew Breitbart Died of an Achy-Breaky Heart

A coroner’s report on the autopsy performed on the late Andrew Breitbart who died on March 1st, 2012 released today indicates he died of heart failure.

Andrew Breitbart Died of an Achy-Breaky Heart

The Chief Coroner Craig Harvey in Los Angeles Coroner’s office investigated the death, described as natural causes although most people suspected he had a heart attack. The exact wording of the report is:

The Final cause of death has been determined to be:

Heart Failure

Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy with Focal Coronary Atherosclerosis (Hardening of the arteries)

The long time spokesperson for the Tea Party and a political activist who targeted Democrats was suffering from achy breaky syndrome known as heart disease most of his life.

There was a small amount of alcohol in his system at the time of death, but no illicit drugs were found. No foul play was found to be the case, and he was found laid out on the ground late at night after walking or jogging near his home.

Tea Party Breitbart Did A Lot of Damage

Breitbart was the driving force behind spliced tapes that destroyed the career of Shirley Sherrod in 2010 for which she was forced to quit by a spliced tape making her look like a racist against white people. Sherrod worked at a high level job for the US Dept of Agriculture and helped farmers, both black and white. She in turned sued Breitbart for defamation of character and damages and the suit is still ongoing.

Breitbart was best known for damaging Acorn, helping the break-in of Senator Landry’s offices and his last video of screaming at Occupy Washington group.

Breitbart died a quick death in a failure to follow the law, abide by ethics and an achy breaky obsession of destroying the democratic party in favor of the right wing nuts on the right in the Tea Party control GOP.

His last video was of Andrew Breitbart screaming at Occupy Protestors in Washington, calling them freaks and animals and screaming: Behave yourself.

That did not stop him from breaking into other people’s offices, destroying innocent people’s careers, destroying Acorn and his criminality fantatic campaign against democracy.

This is the video we will remember of Andrew Breitbart the most, screaming and calling people animals.

Wild International Scandals and Communists in Congress

News Recap:

This week in the news, it was a ride of wild international scandals in Columbia and Communists in Congress here in the States.

The media has been carrying on with the sex scandal in Columbia of the Secret Service and their involvement with prostitutes, before the arrival of President Obama for the Latin Summit.  The news could not come at a worst time.

Only Austin Powers could solve the problems of the American political woes, not seen since the 2008 Presidential election have so many ironic coincidences followed the President.

US Politics -A Comedy Show- of Communists working as Democrats!

The world of wild international scandals in US politics is somewhat comical these days, from a war on women, accusations from a Florida republican who states that the Democratic Party is infiltrated with Communists. Alan West – the Joseph McCarthy of our time.

The world continues to laugh at a string of ridiculous unfounded statements from this Congress, their policies and the bills they attempt to pass that have negatively impacted Americans for the last two years.

GOP Stalking the President- Creating Sound Bytes to Distract the Media

While President Obama was in Florida recently at Florida Atlantic University, a Tea party representative,  Alan West stated he “heard” that 80 members of the Democratic Party were communists, but he said he would not be able to name the names of those individuals.

Alan West became another Joe McCarthy, ortating sound bytes for the media press to overshadow Obama’s trip to Florida.   The GOP seem to be thwarting every Obama appearance, every speech and every statement he makes including Romney stalking the President in Ohio on a recent visit.

A nutty ride indeed as more Secret Service agents, who took to the wild side in Columbia, hiring prostitutes, and drinking heavily before the President’s arrival in Cartegenia, Columbia.

One such agent, David Chaney a Secret Service supervisor of twenty years who was sent down to Columbia to keep an eye on the rookies.  Chaney has now become notorious for uploading a picture of him, viewing Sarah Palin’s backside to Facebook, when he was assigned to protect her.

Chaney has been retired from the Secret Service as a result of his part in the prostitution scandal in Columbia but in this photo he states: “I was really checking her out, if you know what I mean?” on his 2009 Facebook account.

Palin fired back with ” Well check this out, bodyguard, Your Fired”.

CISPA Much Worst Than You Think

CISPA Much Worst Than You Think

For those who thought SOPA, PIPA and ACTA weren’t enough, CISPA is much worse than you think.

This US Congress has now attempted to pass more internet security bills than any jobs bill, economic recovery bill or any bill that benefits Americans in a recession.

This bill was introduced in Congress on November 29th, 2011 and is now passing for a vote this coming week. It is sponsored by Representative Michael Rogers a Republician from Michigan who probably knows less about how the internet works than any man on the street. The sponsors of this bill are listed here, and include: Michelle Bachmann. See List

CISPA stands for Cyber Intelligence and Protection Act but what it protects are corporate interests, and government control of the internet.

In fact these regressive measures will only attack privacy allotted under the Constitution and does away with Freedom of Speech.

CISPA allows the government and “All it’s agencies” to share information with private businesses about any individual’s private communications on the internet with wide sweeping invasion of privacy and social websites including news sites. There are no limitations with CISPA, the broad language in the bill covers all forms of communication world wide.

What Does That Mean to You?

This means that US government agencies have unlimited access to your:

Communications on line
Amazon accounts
Facebook Accounts
Google Accounts
any social comments
any videos

ANYTHING you do is under government surveillance and can be used against you for any purpose they deem fitting for corporate interests.

The extreme legislation is called the CISPA Bill HR- 3523

CISPA Much Worst Than You Think- the bill actually mergers corporate power with government and in reality it is a move to control, limit, monitor and take down ANY site these two parties deem offensive to the government. In fact, it is extreme censorship of the internet which does not belong to the US government.

Congress Created More Bills to Censor the Internet- than any Job Bills

Many critics have said that this congress has passed more bills to control the internet than it has to create jobs, fix the economy and repair economic damage caused by the Wall Street disaster.

The Internet is a World Wide Web Communication System- Not an American One, yet here we go again like SOPA and PIPA, CISPA establishes that the United States owns and can govern the internet.

The fact remains, does the United States have the legal right to control, invade, censor and take down sites in a world wide system? No it does not.

Who Are These People?

The same parties that supported SOPA, PIPA and ACTA are the same parties putting forth the CISPA bill, the same players are:

Hollywood moguls
Republican and Democrat senators, representatives who are paid to vote yes. Chris Dodd the head of the Motion Picture Association of America, who was once a Democrat Senator now using his contacts in Congress to pass this bill.

Mark Zuckerberg, head of Facebook Social Media, now tied financially to Goldman Sachs in an IPO. Microsoft also supports CISPA of course Bill Gates is most interested in controlling the internet also.

Over 680,000 signatures have been sent to opposed CISPA while many, many other groups and private citizens have opposed this series of bills for internet spying by the government and now corporate interests. The ACLU said it was not surprised by the corporate level of support which is “consistent with other expansion of government spying”.

Civil liberties organizations are vehemently opposed to CISPA and the control this government has on freedom of speech on the internet. Groups like the EFF – Electronic Freedom Foundation are also opposed to this legislation as well as many other organizations.

Last time during the SOPA bill, many commenced a black out of the internet in opposition to these constant government control bills. The groups are major companies who’s income is threatened if more people stop using the internet because of censorship laws.

Stop CISPA, get your representatives names here and take action!

TYT Network – CISPA – Is SOPA 2.0?

By threatening corporations, like Facebook which caved to the government some have agreed to support CISPA. The bill allows the government to shutdown websites that are not agreeing with the government’s policies.

A Cyber Threat is defined as:

“Information in the possession of an element in the intelligence community directly pertaining to a vulnerability, or threat to, a system or a network of a government or private entity”.

This means, if your “considered to be” a threat to a private entity- they can shut you down, this would include the exposure of corrupt corporations like Goldman Sachs, factory farms, discussions regarding the FDA, USDA or any other agency that has corporate interests first, public safety last.

CISPA would control the internet again, any site that is “considered” a threat in the US government’s or private industry, in their opinion will be shut down.

There are existing laws that govern real threats, but CISPA has broader definitions and merges government with big corporations together including private security companies who would also have rights to invade your privacy. What they do with that information are state secrets they cannot share with the public.

The Electronic Frontier Foundation says the language is so vague that even “potential” infringement of intellectual property is covered under the bill.

The EFF also state that this bill allows “perceived” threats, and the government can take measures ? provided they claim are cybersecurity threats or concerns. A very broad statement in CISPA.
